1. Make the most of your time
Memorization works best in the last few minutes before turning off the lights. Learn the most essential facts, equations, or terminology just before you go to bed. This will help your brain retain the information better when you wake up in the morning. After that, just turn off your computer
2. Consume delicious food
A good dinner is worth the work to prepare. Not “brain food” like almonds or fatty fish, but a celebratory dinner, like steak and chocolate pie, is what I’m talking about. When you’ve had a good day, it’s a good idea to reward yourself by doing something fun
3. Laugh
Watch a comedy program, go on a jog, or play around with your Instagram images for a few minutes. Laughter is a great way to unwind, reduce tension, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep
4. Make sure you get out of bed in the morning
Set a timer. The second set has been completed. If you’re still concerned, ask a family member or a friend to check in on you. Take your time getting there, but don’t worry about it too much.
5. Recognize when enough is enough
Before you leave the home in the morning, have a substantial breakfast and review your most critical information. Once again on the route to the test.’ Don’t use your thinking when you go to the exam room. In order to succeed, you must have a thorough understanding of the subject matter at this point in time. Last minute cramming might cause your brain to go into overdrive.
6. Make the most of the available area
When you’re in the examination room, make yourself comfortable. If you’ve ever leaned back in your chair or extended your arms wide, you’ve probably felt more confident as a result of the hormone that’s released.
